Method of our CAPM^® course

Contrary to most CAPM^®® courses, this course is structured logically by Process Group, which makes it easy to follow, easy to apply to real-life project management, and useful as a guideline to managing projects.

The ProCAP-M^© course uses a blended learning approach: a well-balanced mix of classroom training and self-study using probably one of the best web-based tools for the exam preparation.

ProCAP-M^© is based on the PMBOK^® Guide VERSION 6- the official PMI^®® Guide to Project Management, and the basis for all Certification questions, and also includes all supplementary information needed to pass the exam.

We have more than 10 years experience in training Project Managers around Europe, having trained more than 4'000 Project Managers.

Outline of our CAPM^® course

The areas covered are all five Process Groups (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Close) as well as the nine Knowledge Areas (Communication, Time, Cost, Scope, Integration, Human Resources, Risk, Quality, Procurement) and Professional Responsibility.

It uses slides, exercises and discussion to ensure that the participants are ready to take and pass the CAPM^®® Certification exam.
