Project Risk Management

Risk management is an important part of the project management process, including the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks, followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.

Project Risk Management is a 2-days interactive seminar based on a combination of lectures and hands-on case studies and exercises. Its main objectives are:

  • Provide a deeper insight into the Risk Management methodology and tools introduced in the PM base course
  • Link theory and practice using case studies simulating real projects
  • Help the participants understand advanced techniques of risk analysis through hands on exercises
