Driving Change for Project Managers
The goal of this 2 x 0,5 day course is to increase the skills of project managers to successfully drive change by learning how to integrate change management into their project execution. The course focuses on key activities project managers need to do and how to use them to manage decision makers, enable adoption and realize value from projects.

- Format: In person or online: Course can be taught in English or French. Materials in English- Session 1: Integrating Change into project management - Why, What and How
- Session 2: Driving change via people - identifying needs and influencing sponsors and stakeholders
- A combination of theory and highly interactive break outs to directly practice the concepts using current project work. Activities and tools are designed to be leveraged after the training.
- Course Preparation: Come with examples of successes and challenges both for their projects and for themselves personally
The Instructor: ILENE SALZMANN
Ilene has 20 years of experience managing and implementing complex strategic projects. She has combined her deep expertise in project and change management to drive successful programs within commercial business units, customer care, clinical processes, acquisition integration, customer experience and digital and new tool adoption. She has deep expertise in bringing functions and commercial teams together, enabling leadership alignment and program execution.
Ilene is an American / Swiss, living near Lausanne since 2003. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She is PMP and PROSCI certified.
