Business Analysis for Managers and the Business
Today, the Business Owners and the Business Analysts have to work closely as a team in order to best define new processes or improve existing processes for business departments.
This 2-day overview course based on the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) is designed to ensure that this partnership exists, and to ensure that the Business knows how to help the Business Analyst improve Business processes and systems.
Participants will learn how to understand and practice the BABOK model that will be used by the Business Analysts. The participants bring their own projects to the course in order to apply the methods and tools directly to their project.
